CB/Koll is a commercial real estate management firm which manages 10.3 million square feet in Arizona alone.

Its services include brokerage, investment properties, corporate and financial services, property management, mortgage banking, investment management, institutional advisory services, appraisal and property tax services and real estate market research.

The recent merger between CB and Koll created a company which has nearly double the amount of managed space than its nearest competitor. While the company is based in Los Angeles, the Phoenix offices are the No. 1 nationally for the firm. In the future, says Mike FitzGerald, executive vice president, CB/Koll will need to become more efficient in a changing real estate world and use technology to provide immediate solutions to its clients and their needs. In Arizona, the company manages $775 million in properties.
