With over 8.4 million square feet under contract for property management services in Arizona, including commercial and multi-family properties, over 2.3 million square feet in facilities management and an employee base of 175, Koll moved forward and expanded its Southwest region with its alliance with CB Commercial.

Real estate veteran Jim Vance, most recently regional president for Koll Asia Pacific, was named regional president of Koll's Southwest region.

While he retained his regional presidency for Asia Pacific, his priority was heading up Koll's Phoenix office and directing future operations for the commercial brokerage, property/facility management, design/construction services, market research and international marketing operations. An Arizona native and Scottsdale resident, Vance is realigned Koll's Southwest region which includes Phoenix, Tucson, Denver, Albuquerque and Salt Lake City, totaling 350
employees.
