James L. Vance III
President & Chief Operating Officer

James Vance is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Bradley Development Company, which has projects in the Hawaiian Islands, Guam and western United States.

Mr. Vance is responsible for the overall management of real estate developments, negotiations, project feasibility, investment analysis, acquisitions, and the location and identification of real estate opportunities on behalf of corporate portfolios and investment partnerships.

Prior to joining Bradley Development, Mr. Vance was real estate executive with CBS Property Services, a regional real estate marketing firm headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. He provided real estate expertise, managed established corporate client investments and assembled major real estate developments.

Mr. Vance is also Executive Vice President of Ben Brooks & Associates, Inc., a real estate development firm located in Phoenix. His responsibilities included the supervision and development of large residential and resort real estate projects, as well as the identification, investigation, structuring and marketing of limited partnerships on a national and international basis.

Mr. Vance is previously President of J.L. Vance & Associates in Phoenix. His firm had a national clientele consisting of corporations, financial institutions and law firms, and was commissioned to manage confidential background investigations of investors, real estate assets, business principals and major corporations.
