Vance III is licensed with the State of Arizona Real Estate Department as a Designated Broker and through the office may on occasion be assigned to represent a Partnership in the acquisition or disposition of real estate.

However, it is the general practice of The Vance Group and its Partnerships to rely primarily on the local/regional brokerage community for acquisitions and disposition of real estate assets.
